Its been awhile
Im going to try this again! I took a few months off because I didn't like the thought that I had so much of my life out in the open on the internet. And its been a cray crazy couple of months! Im in the works of going private on my blog! I don't like the stockers!
Im not going to get all caught up on my blog! I don't care that much! But I will do my best to just pick up with our lives fro today on! Chan and I are so busy with school and work that Ill see how good I can do!
Our cousins Kim and Curtis came out for a visit! Im so sad that I didn't get to play much with them while they were here. We were right in the middle of moving apartments last minute and was so overwhelmed with everything else going o n in our lies. They did manage to come to church with us!
My dad was here as well but I can't find the picture with him!
I can not believe it has been 6 months that we have been with the 101 Company! This was at University and we are getting ready to go to University again this next weekend! They are such fun conferences! Totally looking forward to seeing what Alan Akina has in store for us!
old post I forgot to publish
Did I seriously just have time to update my blog? Weird. I don't even know where to begin! We have been doing so much and up to a lot! We are so busy we have stuff coming out our ear balls ;)! We went home in Aug. for a trip. I went a week before Chan and then he stayed a week later than me. One of my best friends picked me up in Vegas. I got us a hotel room and we planned to lay out all day by the pool, ya that didn't happen because it was POURING! So I guess we were stuck with shopping all day... shucks! I was so ready to go home...but when am I ever not ready? Chan was on Maui so I was waiting to be picked up by a friend!
We went to Lake Powell with both our families! It was a blast as always! I am waiting on my sister to finish making the video she is putting together from the trip. So you might see it pop up on my blog later. Here are a few photos for now. I was there for the whole 7 days and my dad picked Chan up in Vegas and they came out for the latter half of the trip. The first half of the trip my mom had some friends come out. Then the latter half was all family and kids over labor day weekend. On the first half, A good friend of ours, Alejandro who owns FINO for men in Vegas came out and he brought his lovely new girlfriend! Lets just say if Alejandro doesn't marry her, I will! No but really, we hit it off right off the bat. We were joined at the hip for four days. I hadn't laughed as hard as I laughed like that in a long time. I had heard of her before as she is a really well known hair dresser in Vegas. My mom had met her a few years back and when we heard that Alejandro started hanging with her we were beyond thrilled. Here are a few pictures...
Making some smoothies and hangin out on the top deck watching the neighbors break collar bones and cough up blood with the blob.
While I was home my mom moved her school into a big new beautiful building. It was so fun to be there and get to help organize and set up a little for her. I organized some spa rooms, the makeup station, my moms office, and just had fun hanging out. The whole dynamic and feeling has changed for the better for her school. Much more elegant then the school before and looks more like a medical spa than a school. She has some exciting things in store for her business. I so wish I was there to be apart of. When I am home, even though my school and work is here in Hawaii, I feel as though my life should be there in St. George.
Her custom door handles!
I got to go to Tuacahn and see Aladdin. All I have to say is it was awesome as ever. You can never go wrong with a Tuacahn production though. The best part was watching my nieces faces light up when Jasmine came within arms reach in front of us on the 45th row on the carpet shining, dazzling, and gorgeous singing right to us!
All ready with our 3D glasses.. The cutest thing, Brooklyn says "Why do we need 3D glasses when its already in 3D?" She is so smart! But yes there was a part where you have to watch a big screen. It was cool!
At lake powell my nephew got the flu than my sister than her husband then my niece than it just kept hitting everyone one by one. I got off the boat on the 3rd and was supposed to fly the night of my birthday, the 4th. But I was too sick to fly. I missed my flight and flew home on the next available cheapest flight. I came home on the 8th. I flew with Allgiant airlines..its definitely no Hawaiian air but its CHEAP! I paid 150 to come home! Im telling ya at that price we should be having more people to come stay with us! ;)
Landed and it was pouring in Las Vegas..was so bummed. It ruined our extravagant rollar coaster plans!
Keeley picked me up..it was so past due to be with her!
We had to go to L.I.C.K. best candy store ever! PS Keeley... My $12 candy necklace didn't last long. I ate it quick!

Picked up the hubs. He's trying to get in a few last business calls before he loses service.
The crazy group next to us.

We went dancing at the neon party next door. So fun!
Laid down to take a nap..
My birthday cake on the boat? What? 26? I still feel 19!

its a good good life
I am so behind on blogging. I ran into some major problems with blogger. For a few weeks it wasn't allowing me to do anything and said I was out of room for posting pictures and that I needed to pay to upgrade. I know I have posted a lot of pictures in the 3 and a half years I've been married on here but not as much as a lot of other avid bloggers I follow. So I was confused for a while. Then all of a sudden, I can blog now... no problems. Any way....
Here is a whole bunch of randomness as always. Chan and I just trying to soak up every last bit of our summer in Hawaii.
Went to the temple a few weeks ago and had such a pleasant time!
Still been trying to go to gym regularly. I haven't been good the last two weeks. Shame.
Kaiser Permanentes annually heart walk. We ran four miles for it. Ya never again.
Okay well maybe I rested a few times to enjoy the scenery along our run.
But I did finish ;) and I still had to go to work after. blah.
Chandler and I really have so much fun together. We are always expressing to each other how lucky we are and how happy we are in our lives. We are always trying to stay active with fun things do to together. Now that I have new shoes, new clothes, a new bag, and new clubs for golf that fi me (I don't have to use my childhood clubs), we have been hitting the courses hard! Don't worry I do beat my hubs at this game too. I often have to pick Chan's jaw off the tee boxes after I hit. He can't believe how good I am- I tell him I don't have a professional baseball player of a dad for nothing and A pro golfer of a brother for nothing! ;) He loves that I play sports with him. And we have a great time together out there.
I go for the pure beauty of it! seriously.
Its hard to believe that I have been a teacher now in RS for 5-6 months. It is the hardest calling I have even though its once a month. I feel the most pressure from it. I am in charge of teaching 40+ women a lesson once a month. Crazy. But I love it. It forces me to study, learn, grow, pray, and so much more. Each month when its over the love I feel from the sisters and the support and compliments they share with me just boosts my confidence and helps me to be more courageous. I am so truly grateful for this opportunity in my life right now.
I am addicted to Korean Bathhouses now. end of story. Call me crazy if you know what they entail, but once you go you'll be okay with it and understand that it really is just natural and normal and amazing. Ive been four times now that I've been home!
Date nights
Chan would maybe freak if he saw I posted this. Good thing he rarely reads our blog ;) But we gotta live a little! We can't be pic perfect for every shot. But I have this thing that I do that is so normal to me but every time I do it people just laugh at me so hard and think its so funny. But if its stinky or I need to plug my nose I always always just do it with my upper lip. It works great for me. I guess many people can't plug their nostrils with their lip let alone even reach their nostrils with their lips at all. So one night all of us friends were sitting around trying to do it. Retarded I know. Here is Chan trying it!
Total duck face.
We hiked Koko Head for the 2nd time. I don't know why I forget how hard it is and I keep going back....
Laying out at the beach. Love Waikiki Beach!
My hubby now owns like 6 Aloha shirts. Weird. But I kinda like it, how can I not when he makes anything look good.
BeYOUtiful drive home!
Went to Wet N Wild one day. Had a blast with the hubs on all the rides! Don't worry I beat him too on this racer!
Ive had this empty frame in our bathroom for months now waiting on family photos. So I saw this on Pinterest of course and its been so fun to write love notes. Pretty sure Chan was beaming over this, he thought it was the coolest idea. He is all over it. He's such a sap I love it. Always so giddy and happy over the smallest things.
